SKT Takip, son kullanma tarihi listesi tutan bir uygulamadır. Bu bildirim, hesabını ve listeni çalıştırmak için hangi verinin işlendiğini anlatır.

Hesap

Kayıtta ad, e-posta ve parolanın özeti tutulur. Parolanın kendisi saklanmaz. E-posta doğrulama ve parola sıfırlama için kısa süreli bir kod üretilir ve e-postayla gönderilir. Google veya Apple ile girişte bu hesapların kimlik belirteci doğrulanır; ilgili hesap kimliği kullanıcı kaydına bağlanır.

Liste

Eklediğin ürünün adı, markası, kategorisi, barkodu, adedi, notu, son kullanma tarihi, açılış tarihi ve hatırlatma ayarı sunucuda saklanır. Ürünü kullandın veya attın diye işaretlersen bu durum da kayda geçer. Kişisel ürünler yalnızca senin hesabına bağlıdır.

Etiket fotoğrafı

Tarihi okutmak için çektiğin fotoğraf, tarih ve metin çıkarmak üzere sunucuya iletilir ve Google Cloud Vision ile işlenir. Fotoğraf bir galeri olarak saklanmaz. Amaç tarihi okumaktır.

Barkod

Barkod sorgusu Open Food Facts kataloğuna gider. Dönen ürün adı ve marka, listeye yazman için kullanılır. Sonuç bir süre önbelleğe alınır ki aynı kod tekrar tekrar sorulmasın. Open Food Facts bağımsız bir veritabanıdır.

Ev listesi

Premium ortak listesindeki ürünler, o evin üyelerine görünür. Davet kodu, üyelik ve “ürünü kim açtı” bildirimi bu listeyi çalıştırmak içindir. Kişisel listen ortak listeye kendiliğinden geçmez.

Hatırlatma ve bildirim

Son kullanma hatırlatmaları cihazında planlanır. Bildirim iznini reddedebilirsin; liste durur. Ortak listedeki bir açılışı iletmek için, izin verdiysen, cihazın bildirim jetonu hesabına yazılır ve Expo’nun bildirim hizmeti üzerinden gönderilir.

iOS widget’ındaki liste cihazında tutulur. Widget sunucuya ayrıca bağlanmaz.

Abonelik

Premium satın alma App Store veya Google Play üzerinden yapılır. Satın alma durumu RevenueCat aracılığıyla doğrulanır. Sunucu, aboneliğin açık olup olmadığını ve hangi ürünün alındığını tutar. Kart bilgisi SKT Takip sunucusuna gelmez.

Teknik kayıt

Oturum bir jetonla taşınır. İstek sınırı için IP adresi kısa süre Redis’te tutulur; bu bir profil değildir. Aylık okuma ve barkod hakkı, takvim ayına göre sayılır.

Süre

Veriler hesabın durduğu sürece listeyi göstermek, hatırlatmak ve aboneliği uygulamak için tutulur. Hesabın kapanması veya silinmesi için info@oguzhan.win adresine yaz.

Privacy notice

Effective date: 2 October 2026

SKT Takip is an expiry-date list. This notice describes the data processed to run your account and that list.

Account

Registration stores your name, email, and a hash of your password. The password itself is not stored. Email verification and password reset use a short-lived code sent by email. Sign in with Google or Apple checks that provider’s identity token and links the provider account id to your user record.

The list

The server stores the name, brand, category, barcode, quantity, note, expiry date, opened-on date, and reminder settings of items you add. Marking an item used or discarded is stored too. Personal items belong only to your account.

Label photos

A photo you take to read a date is sent to the server and processed with Google Cloud Vision to extract text and a date. Photos are not kept as a gallery. The purpose is reading the date.

Barcodes

A barcode lookup is sent to the Open Food Facts catalog. The returned name and brand are there for you to save on the item. Results are cached for a while so the same code is not requested again and again. Open Food Facts is an independent database.

Household list

Items on a Premium shared list are visible to members of that household. The invite code, membership, and the notice that someone opened an item exist to run that list. Your personal list does not move there on its own.

Reminders and notifications

Expiry reminders are scheduled on your device. You can refuse notification permission; the list still works. If you allow notifications, the device push token is stored on your account so an “opened item” notice for a shared list can be delivered through Expo’s push service.

The iOS widget list stays on the device. The widget does not call the server on its own.

Subscription

Premium is purchased through the App Store or Google Play. Purchase status is confirmed through RevenueCat. The server stores whether the subscription is active and which product was bought. Card details never reach the SKT Takip server.

Technical records

The session is carried by a token. For rate limits, an IP address is kept briefly in Redis. That is not a profile. Monthly scan and barcode allowances are counted by calendar month.

Retention

Data is kept while the account exists so the list, reminders, and subscription can work. To ask about closing or deleting an account, write to info@oguzhan.win.
