Kullanım koşulları

SKT Takip’i kullanarak bu koşulları kabul etmiş olursun. Uygulama bir son kullanma tarihi listesidir. Gıda güvenliği, tıbbi tavsiye veya bir ürünün yenilebilir olduğu kararı değildir.
Hesap
Hesap sana aittir. Giriş bilgisini başkasıyla paylaşma. E-posta ile açılan hesap, doğrulama tamamlanmadan listeye girmez. Google ve Apple girişinde o hesabın sahibi olduğun kabul edilir.
Liste ve içerik
Eklediğin adlar, notlar ve tarihler senin içeriğindir. Ortak listeye yazdığın ürün, o evin üyelerine görünür. Listeyi kapatmak veya son üyenin ayrılması ortak ürünleri siler; kişisel listeye dokunmaz.
Barkoddan gelen ad ve marka Open Food Facts verisidir. Katalogda olmayan bir ürün normaldir; adı kendin yazarsın.
Ücretsiz ve Premium
Ücretsiz planda aktif kişisel ürün, aylık etiket okuma ve aylık barkod sayısı sınırlıdır. Hatırlatma günleri sabittir. Premium bu sınırları kaldırır, hatırlatma günlerini seçmene izin verir ve bir ortak liste açar. Güncel sınırlar uygulama içindeki Premium ekranında yazılır.
Satın alma, yenileme, iptal ve iade App Store veya Google Play kurallarına göredir. iOS’ta Apple’ın standart lisans sözleşmesi de geçerlidir. Kart bilgisi SKT Takip tarafından alınmaz.
Ne için değildir
- Okunan tarih yanlış olabilir. Etiketi sen de kontrol et.
- Hatırlatma, bildirim izni ve cihazın saatiyle sınırlıdır.
- Uygulama bir ürünün bozulup bozulmadığına karar vermez.
Kabul edilmeyen kullanım
Hesabı başkasının listesine izinsiz girmek, davet kodunu herkese açık bir yerde yayımlayarak listeyi şişirmek veya hizmeti aksatacak otomatik istek yağmuru için kullanmak bu koşulların dışındadır.
Sorumluluk
Hizmet olduğu gibi sunulur. Kaçırılan bir tarih, yanlış okunan bir etiket veya kesinti nedeniyle oluşan zarardan, yürürlükteki hukukun izin verdiği ölçüde, geliştirici sorumlu tutulamaz.
Hukuk
Bu koşullar Türkiye Cumhuriyeti hukukuna tabidir. Mağaza sözleşmeleri, kendi metinlerinde yazdığı hukuku ayrıca uygular.
Terms
Terms of use
Effective date: 2 October 2026
Using SKT Takip means you accept these terms. The app is an expiry-date list. It is not food-safety advice, medical advice, or a decision that a product is safe to eat.
Account
The account is yours. Do not share the sign-in. An email account cannot use the list until verification finishes. Signing in with Google or Apple means you are the holder of that account.
The list and content
Names, notes, and dates you add are your content. An item you put on a shared list is visible to members of that household. Closing the household, or the last member leaving, deletes shared items. The personal list is left alone.
A name and brand that arrive from a barcode are Open Food Facts data. A product missing from the catalog is normal. You type the name yourself.
Free and Premium
The free plan limits active personal items, monthly label reads, and monthly barcode lookups. Reminder days are fixed. Premium lifts those limits, lets you choose reminder days, and opens one shared list. The current limits are shown on the Premium screen in the app.
Purchase, renewal, cancellation, and refunds follow App Store or Google Play rules. On iOS, Apple’s standard licensed application agreement also applies. SKT Takip does not collect card details.
What it is not for
- A read date can be wrong. Check the label yourself.
- A reminder depends on notification permission and the device clock.
- The app does not decide whether a product has spoiled.
Use that is not accepted
Using an account to enter someone else’s list without permission, publishing an invite code in public so the list is flooded, or sending automated traffic to disrupt the service sits outside these terms.
Liability
The service is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, the developer is not liable for a missed date, a misread label, or loss caused by an interruption.
Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey. Store agreements apply the law stated in their own text.
